Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Agreement for Coaching Services Individual Coaching Session – $75 Effective Date: June 1, 2025 1. Coaching Sessions This package includes: - 1 one-on-one coaching session. - Each session will last approximately 60 minutes. - Sessions must be scheduled and used within 1 month from the date of purchase. 2. Payment Terms The total cost for the individual session is $75 USD. - Payment is due in full at the time of booking. - No payment plans or prorated pricing are available for this service. 3. Scheduling Sessions Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Coach and the Client. - All sessions must be completed within 1 month of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy The Client must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a used session. - Sessions missed without notice ("no-shows") will also be counted as a used session. 5. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the session has been purchased. - In the event that the Coach must cancel a session and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, a prorated refund may be issued at the Coach’s discretion. 6. Client Responsibility The Client understands that coaching is a collaborative process and is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. - Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice. The Coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. 7. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to self or others. 8. Limitation of Liability The Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Client’s use of the services provided. 9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By purchasing this coaching session, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
