Cancellation Policy
Speaking Engagement Policy Agreement Booking Fee: $250 Effective Date: June 1, 2025 1. Booking Overview By booking a speaking engagement through this website, the Client agrees to the following terms and policies. The total fee for a speaking engagement is $250, payable at the time of booking. 2. Payment Terms Full payment of $250 is required at the time of booking to confirm the engagement. No partial payments or payment plans are accepted. 3. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event. - If the speaker must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or a rescheduled date will be offered. 4. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule the event must be made at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 60 days of the original booking date. 5. Waitlist Procedure If no slots are currently available, clients may request to be added to the waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be notified in the order their request was received if a cancellation occurs. Payment will not be required until a slot becomes available and is confirmed by the client. 6. Event Requirements Clients must provide all necessary event details (topic, time, location, audience, etc.) at least 7 days before the engagement. Failure to provide essential information may result in cancellation without refund. 7. Client Responsibility The Client agrees to ensure a professional and respectful environment for the speaking engagement. The speaker reserves the right to end the session early if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund provided. 8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. By booking a speaking engagement through this website, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Policy Agreement.
